TERMS & CONDITIONS ON MACHINE SALES

(Limited Warranty)

Limited Warranty on our machines can range from 1 to 2 years on selected machines and limited warranty is based on manufacture faults as per inspection by our qualified technician. User fault will incur 100 percent service charges back to the buyer.

Vibration Cafe is not liable for any injury to a customer or incorrect application of a treatment. Full training is provided with sale of a new machine direct from Vibration Cafe Pty Ltd only, 

​

Onsell of your used machine does not transfer warranty or training or any liability back to Vibration Cafe Pty Ltd.

​

Training manuals provided with sale of new machines remain intellectual property of Vibration Cafe Pty Ltd and can not be used for training purposes of your used machine to secondary buyers after direct new sales of our machines.

(Liability)

Vibration Cafe is not liable for any injury to a customer or incorrect application of a treatment. Full training is provided with sale of a new machine direct from Vibration Cafe Pty Ltd only,

 

Cover does not include: 

* Incorrect machine operation application

* Incorrect machine maintenance 

* Service completed by a non authorized Vibration Cafe service       technician

Costs Payable by you (buyer)

Should you experience an operational issue with your machine, inspection must be completed by an Vibration Cafe Pty Ltd authorised service agent. 

​

Initial inspection report fee is payable by you, however will be fully refundable on confirmation of a warranty fault. ie: If inspection determines fault is due to misuse no refund is applicable and all repair costs will be at the liability of the buyer and not Vibration Cafe Pty Ltd.

 

Inspection rate is provided upon request due to rate scale differentiation  dependent on machine purchased.

Vibration Cafe Pty Ltd is not liable for any income loss to your business in any way or if your machine requires service awaiting parts and repairs to be completed, nor do we provide a loan machine unless specified in sales contract.

(Delivery and set up of your new machine) 

Vibration Cafe are responsible for your new machine from time of purchase order to delivery to your door. 

​

Your machine is fully tested and service checked by our manufacturer prior to delivery and set up to you.

​

Once your new machine has been delivered to you, the warranty is effective and in place as per all conditions noted above.

 

Sale of your brand new Vibration Cafe machine is final, with no refunds, no cooling off period or returns.

 

Should you experience any failure of your new machine within the warranty period Vibration Cafe Pty Ltd will assist you under the care of your warranty and as per the conditions of your warranty to ensure a fully functional machine.

 

This warranty binds Vibration Cafe to enact all repairs as per liable and does not include a machine replacement.
